The Citadel Fixed Price Program (FPP) is an annual, age-banded outpatient healthcare program designed to remove uncertainty from routine healthcare spending while giving members continuous access to Citadel's outpatient care ecosystem.
The program has no annual benefit cap. Eligible OPD consultations are unlimited with no consultation wallet, and eligible investigations are unlimited when clinically appropriate.
It applies to eligible outpatient care. IPD and emergency care are outside FPP OPD.

Pricing is age-banded. Each member is priced on the band their completed age falls into, and the fee is annual.
Payment is 100% upfront.
Standard commencement runs: purchase, then a 15-day cooling period, then benefits commence.
With Fast Track, commencement follows onboarding and eligibility verification. Fast Track is ₹3,000 per person, and is also unlocked at four household members.
Every household member receives the complete FPP package, priced on their own age band.
As the household grows it progressively unlocks privileges: a Relationship / Care Manager at two members, Chaukidaar at three, and Fast Track at four. Escalation stops at four members.
